 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Explain company services clearly and professionally
• Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with internal sales/operations team
• Maintain daily call reports and CRM updates
• Convert enquiries into confirmed clients
  
  Eligibility Criteria
  • Female candidates only
  • 0–2 years of experience (Freshers welcome)
  • Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Tamil added advantage)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM entry)
