Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills, client handling ability, and a passion for sales.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and field visits
- Handle inbound and outbound leads effectively
- Explain company services (GST, ITR, Company Registration, etc.) to potential clients
- Convert leads into paying customers
- Maintain and update client database/CRM
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
🧑💼 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 0–3 years of experience in sales (Freshers can apply)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a team

CTC: Rs.2,40,000+ Performance bonus of 100 % of salary on meeting sales targets.
